In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
On July 13, 1917, Our Lady of Fatima revealed to the three shepherd children that she would come to ask for the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. On December 10, 1925, Our Lady appeared to Sister Lucia with the Child Jesus and revealed the First Saturday devotion as a means of reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Our Lady promised: "I promise to assist at the hour of death, with the graces necessary for salvation, all those who, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, shall confess, receive Holy Communion, recite five decades of the Rosary, and keep me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to me."

O Most Holy Virgin, Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you this act of reparation in union with the intentions of your Son, Jesus Christ. I desire to make amends for all the offenses committed against your Immaculate Heart — the blasphemies, the ingratitude, the neglect of your maternal love, and the rejection of your messages of peace.
I offer you my prayers, my sacrifices, and my love. Accept them, dear Mother, and obtain for me the grace to be faithful to your Son until the end of my life. Amen.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
